Brothers and Sister,

Both parties filed their briefs with the court over the Article V-VII litigation yesterday (see attached). The parties’ cross-responses are due on September 25th. The GC’s are meeting with our legal department next week to help prepare our cross-response. I’ll continue to pass along updates as they are received from our legal team.
