When called for a road assignment and instructed to perform yard switching at a terminal where yard crews are on duty

A list of cars switched.

A complete copy of FRA tie-up.

A printed snapshot of yard crews on duty.

A list of yard, tracks, and times for each segment of work.

REQUIRED CLAIM LANGUAGE:

Claiming 8.0 hours on (DATE) I was working assignment (ASSIGNMENT) on duty at (LOCATION) at (TIME ON DUTY). Upon arrival at (LOCATION), I was informed by (UP MANAGER or YARDMASTER) that I was to reclassify cars contained in train (TRAIN ID). On the date of the claim, yard assignment(s) (YARD ASSIGNMENT(S)) were on duty and available to switch out the cars from train (TRAIN ID), but I was utilized per instructions from (UP MANAGER or YARDMASTER).
